Are there any additional costs?
Customers who select Teleport as their shipping method will be automatically charged for the delivery at checkout. We will invoice you for the delivery on the following Monday at 9am.
Do I have to pay for Teleport?
At 9am every Monday we will email you an invoice you for the Teleports that were delivered during the previous 7 days.
How do I pay my invoices?
All deliveries from our Shopify app will be invoiced using Shopify's Billing System.
All other deliveries will be invoiced using Stripe. You can pay your invoices using any major debit or credit card.
Do I need to tip Teleport Drivers?
No. Teleport has a no-tipping drivers policy.
