Teleport is a fast and personal delivery service based in Miami, Florida. Teleport obtain your personal information directly from you or other 3rd party retail outlets (the merchant) when you choose to use Teleport as your delivery provider.

What information we process and why
When you choose Teleport as your preferred delivery service Teleport need to process your information to enable us to deliver your package(s). The types of personal information processed, and the legal bases are explained below.
- Information that you provide to enable delivery of your package - name and address.
- Information that you provide to enable Teleport to confirm delivery has taken place - email addresses.
- Information that you provide to enable Teleport to contact you regarding any issues with the delivery of your package(s) - contact number.
- Information including images are emailed by way of providing proof of delivery.
- Details of queries or complaints you submit through the Teleport website.
Legal basis: When you use Teleport as your delivery provider, we use your information to enable us to delivery your package(s). Our legal basis for using your personal data is performance of a contract because Teleport have entered in to an agreement with you to delivery your package(s).
How we use your data
Teleport only use your personal data to fulfil our agreement with you to deliver your package(s). Teleport uses your email address to provide proof of delivery and your contact number to call you should there be any issues with your delivery. Teleport do not process your data any further. Teleport do not share with any other 3rd party or transfer your data outside of the USA. Teleport will never sell your data for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
Teleport officiates any personal data held for longer than 60 days. However, the length of time we keep your personal data can vary depending on the nature of the personal data and the reason we are obliged to hold it. Teleport always apply appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.
Your Rights
In addition to the right to be informed about how we use your personal information (as set out in this privacy notice), you have various other rights in respect of the personal information we hold about you – these are set out in more detail below.
Some of these rights only apply in certain circumstances and we may not be able to fulfil every request.

Please understand that records of deliveries may not be able to be altered given our mandate to comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

We cannot comply with an erasure request where you have been provided services for which we must keep records.
